Your print is going to come rolled in a tube. It’s the safest way to ship a print without it being damaged but it’s going to come out of the tube curled. The best way to get it flat again is to go ahead and get it in a frame.

Laying it flat on a table for a few days with books on the corners also works. For a faster solution, here’s a video to look at.
